How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want anyone who reaches out to Indicateroyal Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Indicateroyal Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, test results, work, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Indicateroyal Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
What to Send Us
Email contact@indicateroyal.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
